Dorado connects your AI assistant to an outbound dialer, so you can manage contact lists, place calls, and handle follow-ups using natural language.
Get started
- Add Dorado from your AI assistant’s app or connector directory.
- Select Connect and sign in to your Dorado account.
- Confirm that Dorado has an active caller ID and your calling device is ready.
- Ask your assistant to show your Dorado lists or open the dialer.
What you can do
- View lists: “Show my Dorado contact lists.”
- Import contacts: add pasted contacts, a CSV, or a saved Apollo list.
- Call a list: “Call my West Coast founders list.”
- Call a number: provide a number to place a one-time call without saving it as a list.
- Control the dialer: open, pause, resume, stop, or end an active call.
- Handle follow-ups: review post-call email and meeting actions before they are completed.
How calling works
Dorado only starts outreach after an explicit call request. A saved-list call continues with contacts that have not already been completed, helping avoid accidental repeats when a run is resumed.
If your workspace has one active caller ID, Dorado selects it automatically. If several are available, your assistant will ask you to choose one.
You remain responsible for calling consent and compliance. Only contact people you are legally permitted to call, follow applicable calling-hour and do-not-call rules, and provide any required recording notice.
Connector access
The connector can read Dorado workspace and contact-list data and can take calling or follow-up actions when requested. Calls and imports occur only when you ask for them; your assistant may also display action details or approval controls depending on the host and its configuration.
You can disconnect Dorado from your assistant or revoke access from your Dorado account.
